Job Description Summary

Responsible for the design, development, modification, testing, adaption, and/or implementation and post implementation support of short- and long-term software solutions to business and technology needs. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Works independently in a fast paced environment on highly complex issues.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Develop solutions for the Cash Management Transformation Project

  2. Develop the new enhancement requests on Cash Managment Online Solutions platform from business.

  3. Meet with business and TPM on a regular basis to obtain and clarify the requirements

  4. Act as the point of contact from the development team perspective.

  5. Develop solutions using Payment Hub platform for Commercial Banking Group to meet Cash Management Transfomations objectives and goals

  6. Determines and makes recommendations on software design requirements

  7. Ensures systems are monitored to increase efficiency

The resource also gets the opportunity to work on the latest technologies/platforms used in the Payment industry such as RTP etc.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 7 years of experience as a hands on developer developing and delivering solutions using Java/J2EE technologies.

  • Strong experience in integration with Middleware (ESB)

  • Strong experience with message security and other encryption methodologies

  • Experience with SOAP and RestFul services

  • Experience in design methodologies

  • Experience in Messaging solutions like MQ and middleware platorms like WebMethods

  • Experience in developing low /high level design documents and documenting NFR

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins

  • Strong experience with Oracle

  • Exposure to industry standard payments like NACHA , Wires, SWIFTNET etc

Desired Experience

  • Experience in Agile methodology.

  • Having prior experience working in other financial institutions

  • Payment Hub experience

Education

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent degree.

  • Excellent interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills
