Sr Site Resilience Engineer

Perform Live-Play for applications including identifying, enhancing and implementing processing in the DR environment. Prepare the environments for seamless failovers and business operations with the ability to revert back processing. Conduct interviews with line of business representatives to understand risks and controls. Understand applications, products and services, business strategies, and system initiatives to initiate best practices and technical recommendations. Work with the Third Party Providers. Supporting the DR tests, developing test scripts and tracking results.
Perform and lead DR, Cyber-Attach and Live-Play exercises
Review software products and tools for technical support services
Perform a wide range of technical analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
Review and analyze software and system requirements and business processes; debugs and implements software solutions
Lead users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing
Manage environments, implement/deploy software upgrade to various environments
Experience in enterprise monitoring tools
Define and document software installation and configuration processes
Analyze platform requirements and coordinate with vendors and other IT groups in building/maintaining hardware, 3rd party software, patches and network related components with the compliance to the IT standards and procedures
Perform project management
Extensive knowledge of Applications and Technologies
Experience with Vendor Management
Possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, & communication skills
Strong Database experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle
Experience with automation and automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell/Python
Requires strong understanding of SSL SAN certificates and Signed vs Self-Signed certificate management.
Exposure to Cloud technologies, such as IBM, Azure and AWS
Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems including Windows IIS admin/or Apache Tomcat
Experience in Vulnerability Management
Application development methodologies
Experience of Agile methodology / DevOps
7 years of IT experience
- Bachelor's Degree
