Job Description Summary

Responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. Support Recruitment in all stages of hiring such as manage job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference check, managing expense of the candidates etc. Responsible for process re-engineering in order to make processes, templates more efficient.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support 4 - 5 recruiters

  • Schedule corporate candidate interviews

  • Schedule flight / hotel / rental or town cars and other travel as necessary

  • Organize video conferencing facilities

  • Conduct reference checks

  • Post and manage job postings on online platforms and colleges

  • Enter employment applications, and general employee profiles in PeopleSoft as needed

  • Coaching hiring managers regarding new hire paperwork/processes

Other Job Duties

  • Partnering with SAFE and HR Connections at all points of the hiring process

  • Act as overflow for peers/partners

  • Process and issue check requests (candidates expense forms)

  • Upload new job descriptions in Taleo

  • Team Event Planning

  • Overall process optimization: recognition of areas which can be improved, redesigning templates, emails, and process flows for efficiency

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.

  • Requires 3 years minimum experience.

  • May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
