Job Description Summary

Monitors metrics and service level agreements

across the Equipment Finance lending process. Monitors loan aging reports and

identifies improvement opportunities based on the analysis of the metrics.

Proactively manages response to negative changes in metrics and creates

escalation and error recovery plans for problematic or delayed loans. Provides

pipeline and performance reports to the loan operations group management to

evaluate resource allocation. This is the senior level in this job family.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for the collection,organizing and reporting of key performance metrics to assess operationaleffectiveness and efficiencies of the equipment finance division loandocumentation process.

  • Key metrics include but are notlimited to cycle times, rework loops, error rates customerwaiting/negotiating times, customer attrition rates, document pass throughrates, and resource productivity.

  • Identifies improvementopportunities and makes recommendation to management.

  • Creates escalation/recoveryplans for problematic or delayed loans.

  • Develops regular pipeline andperformance reports for loan operations group management and resourceallocation.

  • Regularly monitors thosereports to determine appropriate countermeasures to address negativeperformance metrics.

  • Through the use of statisticalanalysis of key performance metrics makes recommendations to management onprocess improvements with a goal of continuously improving service levelstandards for loan processing.

  • Logs all activity related tothe QA analyst function for loan process tracking.

  • Performs other duties asassigned.

Qualifications

RequiredExperience

  • Requires advanced knowledge ofjob area typically obtained through advanced education combined withexperience.

  • May have practical knowledge ofproject management.

  • Requires 5 years minimum priorrelevant experience.

Education

  • Associate's Degree preferred

  • H.S. Diploma required

Skills

  • Strong background in LEAN SixSigma or process improvement techniques.

  • Working knowledge of the end toend loan process.

  • Strong data analytic skills.

  • Understanding of diligencerequirements and compliance policy.

  • Knowledge of borrower types,loan types, and collateral types and impact on loan processing.
