Job Description Summary

Responsible for documenting and implementing operational processes to improve accuracy in monthly incentive sales reporting and quarterly payouts. Assess and recommends process improvement methods as well as act as the Quality Assurance Lead for all monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Assist with Incentive Management team with operational tasks to ensure timely and payment calculation accuracy on all RBG incentive plans. May assist with training and/or communicating system functionality to the field. The specialist will apply advanced analytical problem solving skills to complex incentives reporting issues.

Essential Job Functions

  • Creates and updates process documents that outline how eligibility criteria are computed and applied to one or more incentive plans

  • Recommends to managers on improvements to current operational procedures to promote efficiency and consistency.

  • Establishes, maintains and enhances monthly and quarterly payout validation processes

  • Develop strategies to improve the Department's Sales Performance Management operational processes. Assists with establishing a monthly and quarterly audit process in STAR.

  • Calculate incentive plan payouts for one or more incentive plans

Other Job Duties

  • Create Desktop Procedures and Documentation of assigned incentive plans

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years experience administering multiple incentive compensation programs.

Education

  • H.S. Diploma

Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bank product and service knowledge.

  • Ability to compile statistics.

  • Excellent analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Must have demonstrated advanced Excel/Access skills, and the ability to interpret data.
