Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing moderate to complex human resources operations analytics. Coordinates, conducts and documents HR Projects reporting requirements in the areas of financial benefits reconciliation, compliance, performance, statistical and/or operational data analysis and makes recommendations to implement solutions based on analysis and research conducted. Consults and collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and facilitate innovative business and technological solutions for HR Service Delivery needs.
Essential Job Functions
Maintains, manipulates and analyzes spreadsheets and databases for department; develops metrics to track and analyze financial, operational, and/or statistical performance of assigned area.
Define a problem, collect and analyze data pertaining to it, evaluate department processes and procedures, and recommend a strategies designed to solve the issue.
Participates in control activities and may act as liaison for audits and audit resolution activities
Compiles and arranges data, makes computations, and verifies accuracy of data; identifies and resolves issues or problems with data; develops recommendations to remedy errors and mitigate future occurrences
Provides varied administrative support activities including, but not limited to maintaining files and forms, reports, and maintaining various project documentation. Federal, State and Local Laws, Codes and regulations as it relates to Human Resources.

Analyzes and evaluates data gathered from multiple sources and reconciles differences and applies consistent approaches to data interpretation and performance measurement results.
May lead efforts in the development of business unit analytics, department or operational procedures, reporting, financial analysis, communication, and/or strategic planning activities.
Collaborates with the business, development team, and technology on an ongoing basis. Acts as the "Subject Matter Expert" (SME) and provides business knowledge as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management.
Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or Business
High School Diploma or GED Required
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task when necessary.
Operates under general or minimum supervision.
Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong Analytical, problem-solving, organization and time management skills.
Ability to work well with diverse groups of people with a clear vision of business needs.
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HRIS, application tracking systems and queries.
