We are currently seeking qualified talent to be responsible for the development, implementation, continuous improvement and performance of the Data Certification process and the oversight of the data control framework in coordination with other partners carrying out operational tasks with regards to the implementation of the certification process.
Ensures the deployment of the Data Certification framework across reporting, platform and geographies in scope
Proposes enhancements to the Data Certification framework to the Head of EDG and carry out the agreed upon initiatives
Contributes to definition of yearly work plan for the Compliance Testing team based on a risk assessment across regulatory requirements applicable at the time of the definition of the work plan
Review work produced by various team members for quality, completeness and accuracy
Ensures the development and growth of all team members and maintain an effective and lean organization
Defines, produces and monitors a set of Key Performance Indicators for both teams aimed at assessing coverage, effectiveness and workload
Ensures a framework is defined and implemented for the management of the findings
Builds awareness of actors in the responsibility framework regarding data and its lifecycle, illustrated by their understanding and control of the data they produce or aggregate, and their ability to meet specified deadlines.

- Track expenses and maintain budget for the team
5 - 7 years of work experience in an audit, independent control or first line of control role
2 - 3 years of line management experience preferably in an audit role
- Bachelor's Degree
Understanding of information governance principles
Solid knowledge of financial industry and related products as well as understanding of the general structure of a financial institution
Develops open, considerate and effective relationships with customers, external contacts and primary data consumer senior leadership
Focused approach to problem solving which must include flexibility while maintaining keeping focus on priorities defined by overall impact
Has exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines while delivering high quality results
Attention to detail and the ability to work with a distributed multinational and multicultural teams
Ability to prioritize and manage a variable workload
Effectively conveys the message in both written and verbal business discussions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project)
EDM - Enterprise Data Management
Manages Data Trace Program defined by the DGIC focusing on the review of the reporting requirements as compared to the BNP Paribas implementation of these
Advises Head of Data Governance on how to structure the yearly assignment based on the Data Trace Program validated by the DMC
Maintains policy for the Data Trace Compliance Review function as well as procedures, standards, workflows, framework documents and other relevant pieces of documentation describing the operating model of the team
Manages a small team of Data Trace Analysts and ensure administrative requirements associated with managing the team are met
Develops and maintains knowledge on the BCBS239 guidance as well as the RaDAR program implementation so as to constantly adjust, as relevant, your activities to the approach promoted by the Group
Develops and maintains an effective partnership with other units within EDM as well as the IT support team servicing EDM
