Job Description Summary
Responsible for supporting the corporate retail network management team with operations and analytics. Performs a variety of complex duties including the collection and analysis of financial data from reports and various sources. Prepares materials for distribution to the business partners and executive management committee. Perform in-depth analysis and provide meaningful insights to senior leadership.
Essential Job Functions
Prepares management reporting to internal consumers.Ensures meaningful and relevant information while guaranteeing data integrity and accuracy.
Performs retail campaign reporting. May partner with divisions within the business unit in support of retail campaign activities.
Participates in retail strategy planning improvement projects
Periodically reviews and evaluates actual financial performance of the Bank's business units and performs variances analysis relative to plan.
Researches relevant business developments in the organization and/or within the industry.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for relaying information to the network strategy team in easily understood terms for both network operations and business visions.
Liaise with the business, development team and technology on an ongoing basis. Responsible for effective communication to all business partners and users to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out.
Evaluate data gathered from multiple servicing and other source systems reconcile differences, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to understand and distinguish optional user requests from what is required.
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of team lead or managers.
Drives business team members to define business needs through utilization of effective elicitation techniques.
Evaluates data gathered from multiple sources, reconciles differences, and ensures consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements are employed.
Requires 3 years minimum prior relevant experience.
Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master’s Degree Preferred
Field of Experience – Job-specific knowledge requirements An ideal candidate will have-.
Excellent Power Point presentation ability Required
Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel - Required
Knowledge of SQL/PL SQL/Access skills - Required
Knowledge of Hyperion & Essbase a plus - Preferred
Visual Basic and Tableau knowledge - Preferred
Some experience in retail banking.
Experience in financial modeling.
Strong attention to detail and experience in representing complex issues based on comprehensive analysis in a holistic and understandable manner.
Must have solid organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines with quality results.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
