We are currently seeking qualified, motivated talent to be responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns

and collateral for the Wealth Management group, from briefing through delivery.

Ensure that marketing aligns with overall business objectives, brand standards,

desired client experience and compliance requirements. Partners with subject

matter experts in digital, direct response and design/branding to ensure

highest quality of marketing efforts.

This role:

  • Contribute to the development of annual marketing plansaligned to business objectives.Develop marketing strategies and communication plans.

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships withbusiness partners, focused on strong engagement, coordination andtransparency.

  • Collaborate with specialized marketing functions suchas digital marketing, direct marketing, advertising, and social media toensure that initiatives reflect best practices and are coordinated andintegrated across Marketing.

  • Oversee development of marketing programs and materialsincluding incorporating input and obtaining approvals from the business,brand and compliance.

  • Manage marketing projects and initiatives to ensuredelivery of agreed upon deliverables.

  • Champion the Brand with a strong understanding of brandstrategy, brand voice and brand guidelines.

  • Ensure projects are management within budget, andcontract and accounting policies are followed.

  • Develop a strong understanding of applicableregulations to effectively market Bank of the West within regulations andcompliance requirements.

  • Requires deep knowledge of marketing typically obtainedthrough advanced education combined with experience.

  • Marketing experience in financial services, investments,advisory and wealth management, preferred.

  • Project management experience preferred.

  • Requires 7 years minimum prior relevant marketing experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree


  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite,PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other software programs applicable to positionand achievement of goals.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong influence and collaborationskills.

  • Resourceful self-starter withability to navigate through change.

  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team,demonstrates time management and ability to complete projects on scheduleor before deadline within budget.
