Job Description Summary

Coordinates training and marketing needs for CRES Sales Team. Responsible for Cross Sell and Customer Survey tracking and reporting. Works with National Sales Manager to develop strategic goals for CRES Sales Team. Acts as CRES Sales liaison with RBG and other internal departments. Coordinates communication and administrative issues between CRES Sales Force and all areas of CRES and NFG.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for the ongoing development of administrative support of all issues related to the success of the CRES Sales Team. Partners with the CRES National Sales Manager in the ongoing needs associated with attaining the sales goals, profitability goals, expense management, referral goals, customer experience goals and other related activities of the CRES Sales Team.

  • Partners with various business groups (i.e. RBG etc.) to ensure cooperative relations in promoting mortgage loans and related products.

  • Participates regularly in CRES Management meetings and activities. Presents various reports; survey results; and trends resulting from strategic direction.

  • Partners with CRES National Sales Manager in all aspects of MBD Sales including: forecasting, budget process, performance analysis, compensation plans, compliance monitoring and enforcement, audit responses and corrective actions, and strategy development and implementation.

  • Acts as primary liaison for all Divisions/Group for Mortgage Banking.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one area.

  • Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

  • Requires 10 years minimum prior relevant experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field
