Job Description Summary

Responsible for making improvements to processes, systems or products to enhance performance of WMG Sales by partnering with business leaders to develop and execute transformational strategies which deliver sustainable financial results. Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results in the areas of: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software, i.e., MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Appian and Others, MCCRM/Lead Mgmt, Managing Book of Business(BOB) transfer process and advisor maintenance; Responsible for business side of Wealth Data Mart(WDM) tools and product, and Client Contact Strategy for marketing content and market expansion; WMG Dashboard, Sales Reporting, Power BI Reporting, Activities include developing and executing project plans on an ongoing basis for item that may include product development and implementation, create and maintain product calendar, product monitoring; Develop, coordinate and deliver training such as WMG Knowledge Builder Sessions, schedule, monitor and assess national sales calls and/or collaboration calls. Will have joint oversight for retention and deepening strategies; Sales campaigns (planning, analysis, implementation, reporting); Digital Tool Adoption/Metrics and Wealth Weekly reporting.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and administering strategy programs across and within all of Wealth Management.

  • Performs financial modeling, benchmarking and analysis i.e., goaling, incentive plans, book Key Production Indicators (KPIs) product efficiencies, etc.

  • Analyze problems and recommends solutions in regard to enterprise finance, WMG incentives, IT and digital issues that may arise.

  • Engages with third party risk, legal and compliance, enterprise risk department. Interfaces with external third party vendors on RFP Process, initiation, linking vendors with enterprise designers etc.

  • Leads strategic initiative projects – manages budgets, timelines, schedules, activities, partnerships, stakeholders.

  • Manage strategic team involvement in client experience initiatives both WMG and enterprise (NPS, Website, Engage coordination, KPI and other reporting to enterprise CX group).

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management in order to manage projects requiring the responsibility of delegating work and reviewing resulting work product.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Management, Finance or related field

Skills

  • Demonstrated track record of showing problem solving and technical thinking abilities.Experience dealing with complex legal, compliance and risk related issues.Strong organization and communication skills.Ability to juggle multiple priorities.Able to work in a fast paced environment while meeting tight deadlines for completion of work.Expertise in project management and specifically digital/innovation projects.Excellent communication skills both oral and written with ability to create and deliver presentations.Demonstrated knowledge of the products, policies and processes related to Wealth Management and BOTW.Able to use Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software as needed.
