Our organization operates in a Centralized Partnership model. Management of assigned product(s) including market research; financial analysis; product planning, development and implementation; and coordination of sales and marketing strategies, objectives and programs. Our partnerships include deep collaboration with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Business teams.
Job Description Summary
The Growth & Transformation Team is looking for a Product Support Analyst who will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across all lines of business. This role is cross functional and requires executive presentations to various levels and areas of (executive) leadership.
The successful candidate will be part of and oversee several programs and product launches in order to maximize effectiveness for our partners while facilitating growth of the platform via our Product Managers. This will require detailed analyses supported by a forward thinking perspective, a desire to learn and think curiously about problems to propose new innovative tactics and strategies to be developed, integrated, monitored, adjusted and reported. Coordination, collaboration and stakeholder management within the Digital team, Product Owners, various lines of business / support groups and other areas in Growth & Transformation team are critical for success. Experience in digital product offerings and agile methodology are highly preferred.
Essential Job Functions
Supports new product development activities by researching operational, accounting, systems; assisting with efforts to develop a business case before product launch; developing and implementing systems and process changes; and updating process workflows and policy & procedure documentation.
Implements new tactics to support Digital Channels growth via business case analysis, user story generation and coordination of development activities. Requires detailed requirement gathering to understand business impact; implementing process changes; and providing training to employees on the new requirements.
Researches and resolves questions or issues raised by customers, business partners, and other team members including but not limited to: discrepancies, system issues, policy interpretations, and audit remediation.
Serves as a primary point of contact with audit, risk and compliance personnel. Provides overviews of the business and related processes and controls; answers questions; responds to requests for information; attends audit meetings; and implements solutions to remediate findings and recommendations
Supports various systems projects for the business unit including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Manages relationships with peers, business partners and vendors to ensure that bank objectives are achieved.
Other Job Duties
Prepares and distributes regular/special management reports on the department's activities. Compiles data for analysis or dashboards. Attends professional seminars and participates in Bank and industry operational risk management and regulatory compliance practitioner groups.
Participates in other Operational Risk and Compliance projects that will impact DCG
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have broad knowledge of project management.
Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.
May have deep knowledge of project management. Experience in Agile Methodology preferred.
Thorough knowledge of product line assigned including operational aspects.
Complete understanding of product structures, systems and processes.
Knowledgeable in digital product offerings (online and mobile banking, online account opening and electronic funds transfer)
Must have experience and ability to interact with different teams and management levels.
Conducts training classes on new or updated procedures, as necessary.
Thorough knowledge of product line assigned including operational and marketing aspects. Understanding of product planning and market research.
