Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing assistance to team and Management in order to advance achievement of Department goals. Responsibilities may include analyzing complex and confidential information and applying to assist with the development and execution of the initiatives, process, projects, policies, procedures, and reporting. Responsible for developing, managing, and administering complex tracking systems and reports for a variety of data.
Essential Job Functions
Interfaces with credit risk, loan servicing, loan document preparation, operations, appraisal, legal, and other Bank departments regarding issues of credit quality, lien perfection, and adequacy of documentation.
Order supplies, prepare and process purchase requisitions and vendor invoices.
May schedule and coordinate meetings and facilities, including travel and lodging arrangements
.Obtains information from Bank’s systems of record (AFS, Infolease, etc) as necessary to provide support and prepare reports.
Orders bureau reports such as D&B and individual credit reports of clients and guarantors.
Performs day-to-day administrative functions.
Orders supplies, prepare and process purchase requisitions and vendor invoices.
Keeps informed of changes in Bank policies, economic issues and market conditions that affect credit risk.
Other Job Duties

Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
Requires less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Associate's Degree Accounting, Finance or Management
Good understanding of general lending principles
Ability to work independently
Analytical and research skills
Customer service skills Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
