Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing investment portfolio and wealth planning analysis to support private client advisors, financial advisors, subject matter experts, and sales leadership in acquiring new clients, developing wealth plans and increasing assets under management.
Essential Job Functions
Prepare complex investment portfolio and wealth planning analyses for Wealth Management clients and prospects. Areas of focus could include portfolio analytics, cash flow modeling, monte carlo simulations, retirement projections, distribution strategies, insurance needs analysis, and other wealth planning areas.
Analyzes and evaluates data gathered from multiple sources. Reconciles differences and applies consistent approaches to data interpretation and performance measurement results.
Evaluates and develops various methods of analysis and/or project planning that influence strategic initiatives.
Engages with advisors and users to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation.

May assist business unit production functions during high volume periods.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Requires 5 years prior relevant experience in investment analysis and wealth planning analysis and concepts
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
Investment management and wealth planning software such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, Zephyr StyleAdvisor, MoneyGuidePro, Sungard Financial Planning, Naviplan, WealthTec, Excel and PowerPoint.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, business requirement proposals, client interaction, and methodology documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is highly desired.
