Job Description Summary

Lead the Bank's philanthropy offering for Key Client Group (KCG). Develop and execute philanthropic strategies, sales plans and other techniques including technology and service delivery to achieve both Bank's business goals and enhance client experience for KCG. Advise clients to select the right philanthropic vehicles and assist in risk management. Play an important role in influencing leadership in topics such as identify new KCG products, industry trend or risk mitigation efforts. Develop and maintain growing network of internal/external relationships across industry to acquire new clients or deepen relationships.

Essential Job Functions

  • Client Experience:

  • Lead the development of KCG's Philanthropy strategy, offering, technology and service delivery to achieve business goals and enhance the client experience.

  • Develop clients' philanthropic mission to drive their gifting or reinvigorate philanthropic interest and help define their philanthropic goals and strategy, for their lifetime and as a legacy.

  • Engage clients' children in their philanthropic endeavors, to empower the rising generation and generate new ideas.

  • Advice clients to select the right philanthropic vehicles considering their risk, control and tax preferences, and help them understand the impact investing can have in their philanthropic strategy.

  • Communicate to an external audience the BOTW/BNPP focus on impact and sustainability including current and prospective impact strategies the firm employs.

  • Execute clients' philanthropic strategy, managing philanthropic vehicles, organizing their philanthropic calendars, monitoring performance and reporting on impact.

  • Create and facilitate client events on relevant philanthropic topics.

  • Provide thought leadership by authoring white papers and by being considered a sought-after key-note speaker.

  • Collaborate with the Head of KCGA Wealth Planning Services to coordinate all aspects of the client experience.

  • Executive Leadership:

  • Partner with direct team(s) to achieve business results and customer experience goals. Lead direct sales and client responsibilities. Oversees team's financial results. Participates in and drives the development of goals and strategies.

  • Lead and influence to achieve the objectives of the team. Monitor business results/metrics and adapt sales strategies and tactics. Develop and oversee the execution of account and sales plans. Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients. Actively identify and may be responsible for higher and/or broader levels of risk management. Mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, credit and human capital risks. Serve as an escalation point for risk management topics, coordinates problem solving and may have exception authority.

  • Manage effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience. Network within the industry and may serve in a leadership role in the community, industry, or market. Leads the team to bring the full range of KCG products and services to the client. Assist other team members in developing their network.

  • Develop team members while monitoring progress against goals. May support the development of other managers. Identify high-potentials and create winning teams. Motivate and develop staff, including acquiring and retaining top talent and managing performance-based issues. Effectively plan, organize, direct, analyze, and evaluate staff and processes. Connects strategy to day-to-day activities and updates the team on a regular basis

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Series License-7

Work Experience

  • 12 yrs Requires highest knowledge and mastery of multiple job areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Viewed as the leading expert and/or resource within the field by peers within and outside the organization.Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience.

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
