Job Description Summary
Responsible for assisting the Cash Management Sales Consultants with sales related activities, the retention of existing customers, and the development of new business from our Branch network. Provides administrative/technical support to sales consultants to develop effective sales presentation to new and existing clients. Performs more advanced analysis on book of business to find any additional sales opportunities makes proposals directly to existing clients. This is position is the senior level of the Cash Management Sales Coordinator job family which typically supports the more difficult or high value client relationships and is the preparation stage to enter the Sales Consultant Job Family.
Essential Job Functions
Assists the Cash Management Sales team by providing sales support activities. Works with sales consultants & managers on campaign initiatives by assisting with various reports, maintaining records, working with assigned Branch network, and assists with industry specific initiatives. Updates TouchPoint Sales where appropriate.
Proactively mines the cash management book of business for opportunities to manage exception pricing, exception ECR and fee waivers. Reviews client product usage to determine cross sell opportunities within existing book of business. Proactively manages client pricing and ECR exceptions, and waivers. Recommends sales opportunities based to the clients to gain sales opportunities. Analyzes trends to provide management insight to develop future sales strategies.
Assists in preparation of proposals, presentations, pro-forma and other needed analysis to help the sales consultant capture the sale. This includes sales to new and existing clients as well as Relationship Reviews. Assists the sales consultant with pre-call planning including researching prospects and preparing Cash Management proposals for them. Actively participates in Relationship Reviews. May present proposals directly to existing clients.

Prepares client facing documentation for the setup of cash management products and services.
Follows up with clients on documentation to ensure proper, accurate and timely completion of documentation.
Routes client documentation to the implementation (or other appropriate internal team) for execution within standard timeframes established within the Cash Management Department to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Other Job Duties
Serves as a secondary contact for the sales consultant within the cash management team.
Assists the Cash Management Consultant with pre-call planning including researching prospects and preparing Cash Management proposals for them.
Helps coordinate the Cash Management Consultants calendar.
Coordinates ongoing sales activities including training, relationship reviews, client visits. May train internal business partners in Cash Management products and services. Assists in identifying cross sell opportunities with existing clients Assists in managing client pricing exceptions including ECR, Account Analysis and waivers. Participates in Relationship Reviews. Participates in face to face and in-person client meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management.
Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.
